Apple Halwa

Ingredients
 
Apples 4 whole
Ghee 2 Table Spoon
cashew 8 halves
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Vanilla extract 1 Tea Spoon
Cinnamon powder 1/4 Tea Spoon
 
Preparation :
 
Slice the apple into 4 piece each, remove seeds and grate them with the skin.
 
Heat 2 table spoon of ghee in a pan and fry the cashew to golden brown and keep the cashew aside.
 
Add the grated apple to the ghee in pan. Saute 5 minutes. Wait until juice release and the color of the grated apple changes.
 
keep stirring for another 10 minutes.
 
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and keep stirring in medium flame for the mixture to thicken slowly.
 
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and add the fried cashews. Mix it all well. Take the pan off the flame, allow to cool.
 
Delicious Apple Halwa is ready to serve
