BBQ Chicken Nachos


1. Grilled Chicken 1 Cup
2. BBQ Sauce 3 Table Spoon
3. Tortilla Chips A hand full
4. Pico de gallo 1/2 Cup
5. Cheese 1 Cup
6. Scallion 1/4 cup

Preparation of pico de gallo :

1. Cut one large tomato into small squares
2. Cut 1/3rd of a medium into small squares
3. Slice 2 medium chilles or 1 sliced ​​jalapeño
4. 2 Tablespoon of lemon juice
5. 1/3 cup chopped coriander
6. Salt to season

Mix them all well, pico de gallo is ready in your bowl.

BBQ Chicken Nachos :

Chopped the grill chicken to thin and small pieces. Add 3 Tablespoon BBQ sauce, and mix it well with the chicken.

Spread the Tortilla Chips in a plate, above it add the chicken sauce mix. Add Pico de gallo, Scallion and Cheese.

Microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Serve your snack with green chutney or mayonnaise.
