Dengue kills 250 in Pakistan

Islamabad: A massive outbreak of dengue in Pakistan is turning out to be a large-scale epidemic that has almost killed 250 people and affecting more than 50,000 as per a media report.

Dengue has severely affected parts of the country including Rawalpindi and Islamabad among the worst hit, the News International reported.

About 750 patients are being treated at various hospitals in the twin cities.
