‘Nara-e-Taqbir, Allah Hu Akbar’ slogans used during riots in Delhi

New Delhi: The National Capital has been witnessing since two days continuous riots during anti-CAA protests in North East Delhi. The riots could be seen as an attempt to draw international attention amidst the high-profile visit of US President Donald Trump.

The rioters were heard using war cry “Nare e Taqbir, Allah hu Akbar”. In a footage that is going on rounds the social media, body of a deceased can be seen dragging by a group of rioters. His bike was also burnt down. The incident occurred on Lane No. 1 in Brahmapuri.

A Delhi police constable named Ratan Lal lost his life in the riots that ensued in Delhi in wake of the protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act. DCP Shahdara Amit Sharma was seriously injured during stone-pelting by the Muslim mob in Delhi’s Gokulpuri.
