Walayar case: girls’ parents will approach High Court today for CBI inquiry

Palakkad : The parents of Walayar kids will request the High Court today to order CBI inquiry on the mysterious death of their two daughters. The parents decided to approach the court as they received the copy of the attested verdict.

The appeal of the parents pleads to quash the verdict of Palakkad POCSO court and to appoint CBI for further investigation. The family has alleged that the police did not inquire about the possibilities of murder and the case has been sabotaged. The government has promised that it will support the parents.

The Walayar incident has created uproar and protests against the state government and the government is now trying to save its face from harsh criticisms.
